spring is coming!

This early morning when I was cycling in the city, I could hear the birds sing.
There were a lot of them. It inspired me to make this 'spring is coming' illustration.
It's in the air :-)

Today the postman brought the catalogue of Pictorale 2010
4th festival of illustration-art. This year a part of the exhibition was about Carll Cneut He's one of my favourite illustrators. Unfortunately I was too late to visit the exhibition, but fortunately I have the book now :-)

In the last week of the year the radio broadcasts the top 2000 pop-music of all times. Almost every year Queen is number one with the Bohemian Rhapsody. Today I saw this version by the muppets from Jim Henson. Really funny!
